We dispatch orders through independent third-party carriers. Any delivery times we quote are estimates only and carry no guarantee.
Jack & Ivy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, an incorrect delivery address, or anything else outside our reasonable control.
You have a 30-day window from the day of delivery in which to return an item. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging.
To start a return, write to us at info@arthurandivy.com. Unless the product was faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of return postage is yours to cover.
Once we have received and checked the returned item, an approved refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Should your order arrive damaged or with a defect, get in touch with us as soon as possible, describing the problem and attaching evidence. After reviewing the matter we will, where justified, arrange a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution.
From time to time the Platform may give you access to tools, services, or integrations operated by third parties. These come "as is", with no warranties whatsoever.
