Where We Deliver

Jack & Ivy delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping outside the UK is not available at present.

How Long Delivery Takes

The total time until your parcel arrives is made up of two stages: order processing + shipping transit. We work with reliable UK carriers so that every order is handled safely and arrives without unnecessary delay.

Shipping Transit 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri)
Total Estimated Delivery 4–9 business days

Cut-off time: place your order before 2:00 p.m. (GMT) on a business day and processing starts the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends, or on public holidays enter processing on the following business day.

Before dispatch, every order goes through a quality check and is packaged with care — this step is already counted within the processing time.


Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us, a confirmation email lands in your inbox with a unique tracking number and a link, so you can watch its journey from dispatch right to your door.


Insurance and Lost Parcels

Parcel insurance is included with every shipment, free of charge.

Has your tracking shown no update for more than 5 business days since dispatch? Email us at info@arthurandivy.com and we will open a lost-parcel investigation with the carrier straight away.


Problems With Delivery

Delays, a damaged box, a missed delivery attempt — whatever the issue, contact our customer support team right away. Resolving shipping problems quickly is a priority for us.
