Shopping With Confidence

Your satisfaction matters to us at Jack & Ivy. We put a great deal of care into the quality of our products — and if something still isn't right with your order, returning or exchanging it is simple and stress-free.


Standard Returns – 30 Days to Change Your Mind

Had second thoughts? No problem. Eligible items can be sent back within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • unworn and unused;
  • in their original condition;
  • packed in the original packaging.

Please mark your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

As soon as the returned item has arrived and passed inspection, your refund is normally issued within 7 business days. Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need extra time before the money appears in your account.


How to Start a Return

Always contact us at info@arthurandivy.com before posting anything back, so we can authorize the return and send you instructions. This lets us follow your parcel and speeds up your refund.


Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items

Received something defective, damaged in transit, or simply not what you ordered? Email us at info@arthurandivy.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching clear photos of the problem.

In these situations we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund — and the original shipping costs are on us. No restocking fee applies. Return postage is only your responsibility when the item was neither faulty nor sent in error.


Exchanges

Prefer a different size, colour, or product altogether? Just get in touch with our customer service team and we will walk you through the exchange.


Restocking Fees

There are none. Return an eligible product and you get the full purchase price back — no deductions.


When We Cannot Accept a Return

A return will be declined if:

  • the parcel arrives without a valid order reference number; or
  • the item does not meet the return conditions set out above.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your financial institution.
